By uploading photos to this page, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All images submitted to Cronulla Junior Australian Football Club (CJAFC) may be used, at the club’s sole discretion, across the club’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook. This includes use in posts, stories, highlights and other promotional content. Submitted images may also be used in club promotional material and strategic documents.

Submission of a photo does not guarantee that it will be published. CJAFC curates content based on quality, relevance and editorial fit, and reserves the right to select, edit or decline any submitted image without notice or obligation.

By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to submit and share the images, that any individuals pictured, or their parent or legal guardian where applicable, have consented to their image or likeness being shared publicly, and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.

CJAFC will not sell or transfer submitted images to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the club.
